“ This place has been on the list for a while. Not too far off the highway. The inside is a shrine to Rocky. Not a lot of room to move around. They have tablets to place your order. I got the standard cheesesteak with onions for 15. This sandwich is next level. The meat has great flavor and is completely coated in cheese. The roll is a perfect balance between soft and hard. All in all probably the best cheesesteak I’ve ever had. There is a municipal parking lot across the street that cost .95 an hour. ”

“ EXCELLENT cheesesteaks. Saratoga is my favorite. The owners are super personable and the service was great. Park across the street at the lot so great location. Parking not an issue. Fries are good and seem homemade. The normal cheesesteak has a ton of cheese so go lite on it if you want more meat flavor. Either way this ranks with the top Philly cheesesteaks. No gluten free bread if you need that. ”

“ Holy smokes. I can't believe I waited this long to try this place. I saw a review about "the best cheese steak being in Pottstown not Philly". After I came for work and local recommend I waited three weeks to long to try it! The Saratoga with the smoked cheese adds a fresh unique flavor to the steak. The meat is obviously high quality and the long peppers add a delightful kick to the traditional toppings (mushrooms onions). I would recommend this place to anyone and challenge someone to find a better place with a better atmosphere! ”

“ Update: I've been back a few times and the bread was perfect! They have been consistent since then. #### end #### First time visiting Gazzos Steaks (August 2024) and I was highly pleased with the outcome. The ordering process was easy with the self-order and pay kiosk system and it took no time for my order to be ready. There is also an option to pay with Cashier. My order was a cheesesteak with cooper sharp and onions. Plus a side of fries (regular). I would like to note that I placed my order to go and did not bite into my cheesesteak until about 1 hour later. But when I took that first bite without reheating I was blown away with the quality of the cheesesteak. My only negative comment is the bread and I almost didn't want to mention it due to the simple fact it could have been a bad batch (today). It was slightly overcooked in my opinion. (UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2024) I went back and revisited. The bread was much better! Not pictured but I tried the Sanatoga Steak this time. Amazing! Both the Gazzo and Sanatoga steaks are good. If you want a smokey flavor the Sanatoga is hands down the way to go! Other than that everything else was great, including the service! I recommend trying Gazzos and I’ll be back to visit! ”

“ Saw a YouTube video from them right before I had to drive from Northern VA to New York, decided to take a detour. Was well worth it. I don't remember the name of the sandwich I got, but it's the one with added whipped cream cheese and bacon, and it was delicious. One of the most stuffed sandwiches I've ever gotten, with great quality meat, and the Cooper Sharp wiz can't be beat. Well worth the stop in. ”

“ Gazzos is the best cheesesteak I have had outside of Philly. Everything about it is top tier. You can order the cheesesteak with garlic herb butter on the bread, and it’s the same kind of vibe as putting a slab of garlic compound butter on top of a steak, and it melting into it and adding that extra something. The garlic butter mixes with the steak and cheese making its own kind of savory sauce within the sandwich. The fries are hand cut and have a similar taste to five guys fries. I could not recommend this place enough, it’s outstanding. ”
